I can't wait to release Paradise Dr.!!

I'm absolutely thrilled to share that the release of Paradise Dr. is just around the corner, and I can't wait for you all to experience it! As you know, at Real Sim Roads, we're all about creating the most immersive and realistic driving experiences possible. That's why I'm currently laser-focused on perfecting every aspect of Paradise Dr. to ensure it not only looks stunning but also performs smoothly on your rigs.

One of the key areas I'm working on is optimizing the trees along the route. 3D trees are such an important part of the scenery—they add life and realism to the drive. However, they are also quite demanding on performance. I'm fine-tuning the balance between the visual fidelity and the frames per second (FPS) to ensure you get the best of both worlds: a beautiful, lush environment that doesn't compromise the smoothness of your driving experience.

This means a lot of testing and tweaking, adjusting LODs (Levels of Detail), and making sure that each tree looks good from every angle without causing any unnecessary drops in FPS. It's a delicate balance, but I'm committed to getting it just right.

I'm also constantly improving my photogrammetry techniques to preserve the essence of Paradise Dr. and bring it to life in Assetto Corsa with unparalleled detail. The road surface, the surrounding landscapes, and all the little nuances that make a drive memorable are being crafted with the utmost care. One of the tricky aspects here is that more is not always better
