Does Representation Matter in VOICE Acting?

The common adage is that "in voiceover, anyone can play anyone as long as they fit the part," however after speaking to several actors and staff, there are some things that make it harder for certain actors to even audition to have their skills judged in the first place. It's understandably a loaded topic with many layers that can affect the careers of so many people. Today, we do our best to explain why this an issue that needs addressing in the first place.
