Having read most of your work this is easily my favorite. An inverse of salvation. Kinda sucks we canβt see them build back towards each other. In terms of character realism this is probably your best work. The emotional and psychological costs portrayed for Chris and Ashley definitely the best of the genre. I remain hopeful youβll show snippets of their life following the epilogue ππππ

Maybe Ashley will work a night shift and begin to play with the janitor while on the phone with Chris? Who knows maybe the epilogue willl cover this. Who knows?

2025-11-28 04:19:00 +0000 UTCIt's like Holbrook mentions, it's possibly better for Clayton to be shown as the lesser of the evils. He goes down too but not as hard as everyone else. It kind of softens the blow to him while he gets to destroy two people he cares even less for in a rival like Tom, and the father that always thought Clayton was a disappointment.
