I just found you all and definitely enjoy your realization that there’s more to J Hope than first expected!😂 He quickly became one of my favorite humans in the world…he’s flippin amazing. I recommend you check out a compilation of his ‘Hope on the Street’ where he free styles for Army’s.

Before debuting with BTS , J-hope was part of the underground dance team Neuron and took dance classes at Gwangju Music Academy for six years . He was a locally famous street dancer in his home town . He won various local prizes for dance , including placing first in a national dance competition in 2008 .He auditioned for Big Hit entertainment ( now Hype label ) and beacme the third member of BTS .He started rapping after joining the company . Fun fact he is happy virus and sunshine of the group always smiling

2022-07-14 09:46:03 +0000 UTCim loving the j-hope appreciation! i would recommend delving into the group BTS more as a whole because you'll begin to see that the flavors of each member are brought into their discography. most people think bts is strictly pop bc their english songs (which are definitely pop) is what blew up over here. however they have an extremely wide range of genres throughout their career and each member brings something special to the table. if you guys are interested enough there is a really great guide by Taylor Nakamoto on youtube that does a great job introducing each member and their talents. anyways love the reactions as always and yes, j-hope is definitely THAT guy
