If we don't have 30 members receiving pay, a bonus amount (the remainder divided by total number of members receiving pay) is added to each member's pay amount.
The 30% amount is what the group uses to outsource, buy programs, and purchase merchandise for top-tier Patrons, as well as pay extra towards our artists.
Basically, the more +Side Studios makes per month, the more each member is paid.
