Unexpected Delay - Technical Difficulty

My coder dipped on my, making me fill in last minute when I really needed him, a few writers dipped on me, making me scramble to find replacements, and the code has some sort of bug in it that I have been struggling to figure out.
Please understand and don't lose hope. We are not scamming, we are not BS-ing; we are working our assess off trying to get this thing published. I am working on very little sleep and I'm only one man.
I hate to disappoint and I hope you all truly understand. :(
