Earth Aleph is closer to us, but still fictional to be fair. They still have capes for instance, they're just much smaller in number and usually far weaker than Earth Bet capes.

I don't think people like Dinah, Noelle or Marissa will complain about losing their power, if it gets ves them what they want in exchange. Considering none of those three like their powers. Maybe eventually trade Queen Administrator from Taylor in exchange of reviving Annette.
