Magneto's backstory as a Holocaust survivor is critical to his character, so he's undoubtedly still a child right now...so I am curious to know if Mystique is working for someone right now and was a spy for them in Project Rebirth or the SSR, or if she was simply making sure that the Allies weren't perpetuating their own horrors all on her lonesome. I do hope she's still around in another form...or even helping Myk-Zod by infiltrating HYDRA and locating his blood samples.

2026-02-26 02:00:59 +0000 UTCHoward DID seem a tad less of an asshole in the scene from Ant-Man 1, where Hank Pym is throwing a tantrum about SHIELD trying to recreate his Pym Particles without Hank's knowledge..so I think having someone to match wits with who isn't Tony will have larger benefits for the man. Might even get Arc Reactor tech started early and miniaturized to push clean energy generation forward so nuclear is merely a stopgap?
