I picked Option 1, because Thad is definitely trying HARD to play nice and talk things out with the X-Men & The Avengers...but I think Jen needs to put her legal mind to work to argue an acceptable deal between Team Hellfire and the various hero groups. If only to win back some brownie points after not speaking up for Thad to her teammates or the X-men when both groups were acting like he was mind-controlling Kitty, Laura, Cessily and Illyana to do his & Emma's bidding.

Plus with Thad about to be mentored by Selene I kinda want to see Stark loose his company - again - due to Hellfire Club economic warfare in retaliation; it'd amuse me greatly.
