A Quiet Goodbye
Added 2025-04-11 04:06:10 +0000 UTCThis morning started with something unexpected — the neighbor’s sick dog, who had been neglected for a long time, came to die on the steps of my newly renovated house. I decided to bury it under the banana tree in my backyard. If I returned it, the owner would’ve just dumped it in the mountains.
I told them the dog came over while they were away, so I buried it myself.
After that, I drove out to get 5 liters of fresh milk to make mozzarella, pizza sauce, and dough from scratch. The guys were craving pizza. It took longer than expected, even though I kept it simple.
I’ll share how it turns out tomorrow.
