This man talked about everythingā¦from struggling hard in the military, to developing insomnia so severe he had to see a neuropsychiatrist, gaining weight while eating ramen, not being able to make music, starting to drink after Jin enlisted, and how being told to ālose his egoā felt like losing himself. RM is truly as real as it gets.

2025-06-28 05:05:20 +0000 UTCIāve been through times like that. I donāt even know if it was insomnia ā I just didnāt care about myself. There were days I didnāt sleep for 48 hours straight. I went to see a psychiatrist, but only for about two sessions. I was on medication for depression for around two months, but I stopped taking it. That was during a time when I really hated myself. I think Iām okay now. Iām just holding on. Iām forever grateful for Bangtan. I wouldnāt be here if it werenāt for them. He said it started back in April last year, and he mentioned about the company. Iām not sure if you guys know about that, but a lot happened during that time. No wonder he felt so much stress. Iāll never forget the people who gave them such a hard time. Iām just glad we fought until the end. ARMYs were always there, even when they couldnāt speak for themselves during the military. But we knew who they are ā and we always trust them. Iām so relieved that itās finally over now. I donāt even know what to sayā¦ I canāt stop tearing up whenever I watch this live. His lives always brought me comfort. I really missed them. After watching this, all I wanted was to comfort him. And I know he felt better after talking to us. I love him. Iām hoping for brighter days ahead for both Bangtan and us, ARMY.
