OK, so my favourite part of this story (Trina being Mary and Alan's love child) is imagining what led to newly married (NOT to Lynn, of course. Trina mentioned in S1 that she was her stepmother) and famous Aaron Echolls (who was in his late 20s in 1980) adopting this abandoned baby. And I have come to the conclusion that it was absolutely a reputation thing, because he's been a cheater his entire life... and he'd believe adopting a daughter would make him look better to the public and media ðĪŠ
I know I was waiting for Trina and Kendall to meet, safe to say every other Buffyverse fan was too! And here I was thinking about their final scene together... in Angel; Willow was confident, and "Cordelia" was... well, biting her tongue and trying not to kill her ð
Oh, you're shipping MacBeaver are you? Just ignoring the possibility of MacButters ð
Meg... cheat? After the purity test debacle in 'Like A Virgin'? After the way she shunned V and Donut when they got back together at the end of summer break (the flashbacks in 'Normal Is The Watchword' reveal it was just after Veronica's birthday)? Meg would've gotten pregnant at the start of summer break (May/June), which was a couple months AFTER the 80s themed dance in 'Ruskie Business' that you mentioned. And in this episode Veronica mentions that it's been SIX months since she last saw Lianne, which makes this... Oct/Nov of 2005 ð
HA! When I said last week that I wanted Eli and Logan to "kiss and make up" (or punch and make up as is their way), I totally forgot that it happened in this episode. I knew it was coming, I've watched VM too many times to forget that but I didn't realize it was the very next episode ðĪĶââïļ

The Kendall and Trina scene is just perfect. Even outside the Buffy reunion aspect it's great to see Trina call out Kendall, but knowing its Cordelia and Willow makes it even better. I'm glad they got to interact, it makes sense they would take the opportunity to have them in the same scene considering both characters are connected to Logan.
I love the Logan and Weevil duo. Too bad they hate each other most of the time when, they do work together they are always such a fun combo. The fact that they figured they need to work together but also have to beat each other up first is so them ð
Also love that Clemmons purposefully put Veronica in situation where she would come across information that lead to her exposing the principal. The man wanted a promotion so why not use the help of the great student detective. ðĪĢ
