I agree that crying is healthy... I'm an emotional person... but crying in every episode makes it lose all impact for me. Artistically, I don't think it's the best choice to overdo. Anything done constantly begins to diminish its affect. It's a valid criticism... not an attack, at least not in my mind. I don't find it annoying... it's just not as powerful as it should be if it were more selective. Im all for a more expressive Doctor. But I think it's weird that it seems like no valid criticism is allowed without folks thundering in outraged defense.. or that it's dumb to feel it has become excessive overall.
