The Samaritan interface is soooo cool (in both meanings of the term, it's very "cold" as well). It's the polar opposite of the Machine : Instead of white on a black background, disorganised and more organic, it's black on white background, very angular and well sorted, with an extremely artificial sound design. Even the timeline for flash-backs is different. With the Machine it's horizontal, but with Samaritan it's vertical. By the way, the musical theme of Samaritan ALSO is an inverted version of the Machine's theme. Ramin Djawadi has done a fantastic job on this show, and a large part of what makes Samaritan feel so ominous and oppressive is the soundtrack.

2025-05-21 09:13:54 +0000 UTCFinch saying "kill them all" is one of the most chilling but awesome moments of the series. The exchange was so heartbreaking. "We lost Finch which means we've lost everything"--- the way Reese loves his best friend Finch is second only to Grace/Finch. Cocoa Puffs is second only to Tall Dark and Deranged in Fusco-isms.
