Veronica can fool herself by trying to hide away in rekindling her puppy love with Duncan. But she doesn't fool me. She's not the same girl she was... and trying to go back is a crutch. She couldn't call that hotel room fast enough to find out who was with Logan.

Ed Doyle's almost lover played Doyle's ex-wife in Angel. God, I love Ari Graynor (Jessie Doyle). Why she isn't a goddamn Hollywood star is beyond me, maybe she just likes being lowkey and doin' good work... which is totally fair, but she is BRILLIANT in everything. Jackie has all the Tessa sass (sadly, we didn't see Gia AKA Krysten this time) ;) Wallace bein' a Drew Barrymore fan is SO relatable Veronica saying her name is Dawn Lamb is a clever ruse 'cause the Sheriff's name is Don Lamb Deputy Sacks is more trusting than he should be... but I will always love him for it <3 Yeah, the guy who washed up dead on the shore with V's name on his palm is from the votive candle cliff scene at the beginning of the episode. Yet another piece to puzzle of this season!

It really shows who he is as a person and that he only wants to do it because he genuienly wants to make a difference as he sees how much harm Lamb can cause with his incompetence. Also loved seeing Wallace solve a case on his own, he has definitely learned a lot from Veronica.
