All these comments are just beautiful to read, it honestly means a lot 🥹 I’m just grateful of the support :) And yes, I highly recommend Buffy so much. It has some of the best episodes in television some could say and it’s just so well done ❤️

I definetely agree that impersonating Phoebe is the best choice out of the three and it is clear that's what the plot was going for. But I think that to prove this point better, Imara would have to actually be at least somewhat believably good as Phoebe rather than painfully obvious to the point that Piper kept pointing out her strange behaviour. Basically, the way I see it, they created the situation in which the characters as we know them should have figured what's going on way sooner but made them not figure it out because that was the story they wanted to tell. To make it seem more believable, they should've either made Imara more competent or have Piper and/or Leo figure out that something was up (not mentioning Paige since she mostly had her own thing going on). Though it is also true that even if Piper was starting to figure out something was up, Imara was smart enough to kill Phoebe quickly before the other sister could fully figure it out and stop her, so I guess it still can be explained...
But my unnecessary overthinking aside, I so agree that the moments where the characters are chanting and use their powers simultaneously are so great! It really shows how much their control has grown over the years and it's awesone to see

I think it’s cool how Piper is so in control of her powers by now that she just explodes Imara’s fireball while chanting without breaking stride. Reminds me of when Prue used to fling demon attacks with her telekinesis while also chanting some spell 🥹. Regarding the frustration with Piper not knowing that it wasn’t Phoebe, they did mention that Phoebe was the most intuitive of the sisters (they implied that it’s related to her particular Charmed powers of premonition). So it makes sense they would swap with Phoebe cause Imara figured the others wouldn’t catch on to the soul swap that easily.

Thank you! One of my best friends have always gotten on me for never checking it out. I'm actually looking forward to getting into Buffy with Liam. Will make it that more interesting.

I found Liam through Buffy, too! I was just going through my memberships and seeing where I could save a little coin, and said to my husband, "But I'm not leaving Liam. No way." I was a Charmed girlie WAY before I ever watched Buffy. I didn't find Buffy until about 2016, and I've become a super-fan, meeting a number of the actors, and now I can even say I'm on friendly terms with one of them because of cons and meet & greets. Its an amazing community, I'd recommend watching it.

How often the Charmed ones don't realize that someone swapped places with their sisters really is annoying at times 😅 Especially now that they have been encountering shapeshifters for years, surely they'd be more perceptive about it? Last episode they figured out the demon was faking being Hope's friend immediately and they didn't even know her. There was a time Piper figured out a demon was posing as Leo in a second. But somehow when it comes to demons switching places with Phoebe they never connect the dots even after pointing out her strange behaviour all the time? 😅 Even after Leo points out soul-swapping as a likely reason for a demon stealing Phoebe's hair and "Phoebe" being adamant that wasn't the case. I guess the plot they wanted to do required them not to figure it out but it really would have made much more sense if they did. Especially seeing how much this situation resemebles what happened in one of the season 5 episodes.
I really like Paige's plot in this one too, I found Mitchell's story quite interesting.

Thank you! What is insane is I never, ever seen Buffy. No tomato throwing LMAOO. & I'm 1982 so I was alive and kicking when Buffy was on in real time. I believe I'll thoroughly enjoy the series. I've been meaning to watch Supernatural as well.

I'd particularly recommend Liam's Buffy and Supernatural reactions. Both are shows I got heavily into because of how much I liked Charmed.

I believe I found Liam's channel while he was reacting to Season 2. Here we are on Season 7. Time really does fly. Thank you, Liam! We love your reactions and perspective and the way your love has also developed for these characters. As of now Charmed and TVD are the only shows you react to that I watch but, I look forward to checking out many of your other reactions.
