I too was surprised that the last episode didn't take place in Hawaii. Thought it would be the perfect way to end season 1. Although I do really like the Family Portrait episode and the message that there is no such thing as the perfect family, it's okay to be messy and let go of expectations and just live in the moment. If I was at a NBA game, I probably would decline a call too. It's often very loud and hard to hear people at events like that. Plus, I just prefer texting lol. Seeing Kobe in the season finale was sad considering his and his daughter's tragic deaths in 2020. Can't believe we're already done with season 1! Such a great introduction to this amazing show, so glad we have another 10 seasons to go!
