It's interesting that Cami was able to somewhat remember/recognize Rebekah even with her being compelled to forget. It's a small moment, but speaks to her strength. I find it so sweet that Hayley was missing Elijah and reading his journals in his absence. You can tell that Klaus was a bit jealous about that, but it's like Hayley said - he was kind to her. Klaus a girl dad! Loved how we got to see him smile when he heard that news, it's yet another glimpse that underneath all the baggage and lashing out there is some humanity there

2024-08-10 16:08:43 +0000 UTCIf I had been Cami at that party -- presumably no knowledge of the supernatural, a wealthy and inexplicably powerful man with an explosive temper and getting physically violent at a fancy party -- I would have thought he was a mobster and very high up on the food chain of whichever Mob it was. I'm worried about Cami, too; she's been forced to be involved in a volatile, dangerous situation with the worst sort of people. I'm watching this series for the first time as well!
