I've always had a problem about Cas's boss (Nora) and the babysitting question she posses to him to make it seem like a date (to Cas and the audience) and it being so vague about it . The only way I could explain it to myself on why she would pose it that way is that she probably assumed he was gay and that he wouldn't interpret it as such. It probably didn't help that Dean walked in and started to talk to Cas like he knew him. But either way even with this explanation if I was in her shoes I would not ask my employee to babysit my baby. The rest of ep was pretty good tho, I too just had a problem with that
