Sadly, no mention of dear Cordy. Probably for time, but still, she was an important part of Connor's past life. Probably people decided, that we would give a Cheeky nod to Iliaria's noticing, Connor's teenage lust for her, & Angel abashedly stating, They were supposed to fix that. Meaning Connor's love for older Women. It's sick, & slick, in gaining a cheap snicker, from the Fangdom. Wesley seems to continue to be his own worst enemy, when it comes to judgement calls, but Connor needed to be himself, & regain his fighter skills, in order to truly get one up on his Tricky Opponent Sajonn' & fulfill the Ancient Prophecy.

Spike, meeting Connor... I never thought that would make me smile, as much as Illyria, telling Angel, she wanted Spike for her pet.

I hated Connor as much as the next guy in season 4 but heβs really great in this one. I love the new laidback Connor. This episode tied up storyline that I didnβt even know I wanted or needed tied up but by the end of it Iβm glad that they did. Very good episode.

What If What if Connor was never taken by Holtz?
I never really disliked Connor in S4, I more empathized with him. He was brainwashed for 18 years to hate Angel. This episode shows the dynamic of what could have been!
My favorite line:
Connor: βI guess Iβve always had a thing for older women.β
Angel: βThey were supposed to fix that.β

I believe everyone has that internal debate of "wait...do I like Connor now?" after watching this episode...
