2021-12-20 03:24:22 +0000 UTCLOL. You spent the entire reaction cursing the Watchers Council and they had absolutely nothing to do with anything. You never want to jump to conclusions with a Joss Whedon show. As for this episode, I loved how Wesley shot his father without hesitation the second Fred was in danger, and he was positive that it was indeed his father. The bit at the end with both Angel and Spike recalling how they both killed their parents with such a fun and twisted way to end an episode before Wes had to break everyone's Heart by telling Fred that he shot his father because he was protecting her, then actually calling his father for a long-overdue conversation.

2021-12-20 03:06:07 +0000 UTCI love how once his “father” shows up, Wesley reverts to his former bumbling self. That and the call at the end…breaks my heart. Wesley is my favorite character in the Buffyverse. I feel he has one of the better character progressions in the entire show’s universe.
