The Good Place 4x10 "You've Changed, Man" Full Reaction

Now that you've seen this episode, please enjoy the best outtake of the whole damn series: https://www.facebook.com/NBCTheGoodPlace/videos/2389935984446320/

When you think about the fact that actual demon Michael got better in time, why wouldn't they give a fair chance to really bad people from earth? I know that it feels a bit much since we know what they've done, but the chance should still be available to everyone. Also, we are watching Once Upon a Time with you Liam. Regina killed so many people in her time, she lives within families of the people she's hurt...But still, she wants to change her ways and we kind of go along with that...Just a thought ;)

Because Jason was right so often, I spent a significant chunk of this episode thinking his argument of 'it would be a bummer' would eventually win over the Judge. Also, the Hitlers of the world could eventually learn that their prejudice and discrimination was wrong, and the paedophiles would be capable of learning the harm they caused and would be freed of any compulsion they might have to cause it. There may be a time in the future where a clean-shaven, or fully bearded, shy young artist named Adi, having been cured of his prejudices, arrives in the Good Place where he can focus on his love of dogs, mother figures and the music of Wagner, and be completely capable of forming normal friendships with the groups he had murdered in life.

I really enjoyed your reaction, as I always do. It does seem as if you maybe missed something: the "create Medium Places for everybody" idea was thrown out, because Shawn wouldn't agree. The big new "afterlife as a test" proposal replaced it. Now we'll see how it gets implemented! (It's only fair to tell you, though, that your "what about the Hitlers of the world?" question never gets mentioned.) The Good Place Committee really are a useless bunch, aren't they? They seem to me like a satire of the sort of people who are in favor of the right goals and principles, but are always compromising and giving up their advantage, and in the end never get anything done, and let the bad guys win.
