2021-07-04 07:24:07 +0000 UTCThere's certainly no reason for you to feel dumb about missing the indications about Bad Janet -- these writers are top-level misleaders -- but I will toot my own horn just for a second and say that this is the only one of the show's twists that I caught a little in advance. Not that I was sure, but when Janet didn't say "Not a girl," I thought, "Hm... either the writers are getting sloppy [unlikely!], or something's fishy here." And when Jason used the same reasoning, I felt thrilled to be as smart as Jason! And you're right that Janet broke up with Jason AFTER the switch. Or as Jason put it, "That means Janet didn't break up with me, her weird sister did!"
