As soon as Warner decided to be a condescending dick about the break up, I was 100% on Elle's bandwagon

I am unfamiliar with LSATs but out of 180 and being one off, that is amazing.

I love that you were a cheerleader for Elle throughout. This movie is the equivalent of comfort food for me, so it was fun to give it a watch this way.

Agreed with Meredith. Elle and Buffy do send an empowering and feminist message in many similar ways that I wish more recent media targeted at women could draw from. They celebrate and embody traditionally feminine traits and don't have to change who they are to succeed. They are relatable because they are written to be human, fallible and inexperienced (at first) rather than a moral where a character should be. And they both support and are supported by men, rather than trying to say that one gender can only succeed at the expense of the other. Victor Garber is amazing! His character on Alias remains one of my favourites to this day. Shame that he played a scumbag in this movie. I am surprised by how many 1990s/2000s slasher actors were in this movie! Luke Wilson (Emmett) was in Scream 2, Matthew Davis (Warner) was in Urban Legends: Final Cut, Ali Larter (Brooke) was in Final Destination, and Jessica Cauffiel (Margot) was in Valentine. Makes me excited for the upcoming Scream reaction and possibly other horror reactions for October! XD On that note, Pan's Labyrinth is currently sitting at #5, which I assume is a reaction slot since there are 5 slots. :D Can't wait for that either! It is something completely different, a real masterful piece of cinema and something which will be so popular for film lovers.

The studying montage in this movie is one of my favorites! Also her 179 on the LSATs is ridiculously amazing because the max score is 180.

Growing up, Elle and Buffy were two of my idols. They showed me I could be girly and feminine and still be a badass!
