Glad you got to see these episodes in the order they were intended - Buffy 7x17 aired six days AFTER this episode in March 2003. Buffy got pushed back a week (March 18 to March 25) because UPN thought it would be pre-empted by news coverage of the start of the Iraq War, but the WB didn't move the Angel episode. When Angel tried to air on March 19, many markets had the last 10 minutes pre-empted because of Iraq War coverage. Some markets (including mine) aired it again over the following weekend, but I had already downloaded and watched it by that point. :)

2021-09-21 02:12:21 +0000 UTCIt's kind of ironic. In Buffy season 3 Faith poisons him and the only cure is to drink the blood of a slayer. In this episode, Angelus drinks the blood of a slayer and Faith's spiked blood is what "poisons" him again.
