Elana Hotfix! - Version 2.0.0b

This is primarily a fix for Elana in an existing game AND you recovered more than 100 Dark Tomes prior to 2.0.0.

It also tweaks a few quest related things so I recommend everyone install it.

Offered as a patch (for version 2.0) OR a full download.

You will continue to receive Dark Tome drops until the Bound By Darkness quest starts. The next tome you will receive will start this quest.
Bound By Darkness quest will no long stop unexpectantly. It was designed to stop once Elana read 100 or more books. It now requires a quest, The Stillness Within, to be completed first.
For updating players this is what should happen (for new games this happens a bit slower after you pick up Tomes):
-- You pick up a Dark Tome. Talk with Elana about it.
-- After combat alongside Elana at some point there is a manifestation. You talk with her about it.
-- Some odd things are Happening with Elana. You talk with her about it and you help her with the situation.
-- After this she says that reading tomes has revealed a secret formula that you can help her retrieve.
This should take care of issues with Elana in existing games but let me know if it does not. You do not need to console or additemmenu a book to get things going but I did in a test game and it was fine.
Tweaks a handful of quest related features.
