Fixes issue where Intro Dialogue would not progress, getting stuck on "Talk to Jenna" quest objective. Fix works in currently running game. Fix will check if she's a teammate when loading or when you ask her to follow you (if you dismissed her afterwards).
Added a 5 second function check delay on game load to try to fix an issue where the main controller doesn't start on a new game. This issue could have been exaggerated by some alternate start mods (not conclusive).
Install for Hotfix: Install after the main files (you CANNOT Merge the fix into any of the zips, it will get overriden by the installer in zip 3 of 3), allow overwrite of nwsJenna_Player.pex, nwsJennaQuest_script.pex.
