Unlocked ability to enter cities while mounted;
Maximum riding speed unlocked in cities, on the roads and out of roads;
Auto speed reduction is disabled (Mount will maintain chosen speed)
Increased stability on rough surfaces;
Removed speed penalty when entering the water;
Unlocked shooting on maximum riding speed;
Unlocked focus use on maximum speed;
Maximum mount Health increased (require "Mount Repair +" perk);
Damage dealt by mount increased.
