August Illustration Poll!

Its time for the monthly poll and this time we’re going with a Fantasy AU theme!! Think D&D and High-Fantasy type of themes! I’ve been ITCHING to throw my OCs into a fantasy AU world and I have no excuse as to why I have yet to do so, so we’re gonna change that NOW! As for the pairings, we’ve got old pairings like Devon and Berry, popular pairs like Dustan and Adrian, and unusual pairs in the form of Benny and Baily, so a wide variety to choose from!

I have yet to come up with some stories for the AU, and I figured it’d be better to let you guys decide who you wanna see in this world first and then write around that. And hey, if you’re one of the few who actually enjoy these little short stories, now would be a great time to comment some suggestions! Who knows, I might even use some of those suggestions in the future.

Onto your options and brief descriptions of who everyone is in this new AU!

Benson x Baily 

In this world, Benson is a man of faith and a cleric of this land’s Tutelary Deity, and Baily, an angel and servant of said Deity. Perhaps Benson is due for a reward for his faith and Baily is there to give that reward. Or maybe Baily has become curious of the habits and activities of the mortals he watches over. Let me know what you think.

Dustan x Adrian

Adrian is the son of a merchant, while Dustan is a knight-turned-mercenary belonging to the Warrior Class of adventure. Maybe Adrian hires Dustan to protect him in his travels, or maybe sparks fly when Dustan happens across Adrian’s family’s shop when preparing for a job. Lots of possibilities with these two.

Devon x Berry

Here, Devon is part of the city guard while Berry is a Rogue/Thief Class adventurer and often gets into trouble with the guard. These two have known each other since childhood and took different paths as they grew up. Maybe Berry’s been caught and “convinces” his old friend to let him off lightly. Or perhaps the guard could use the assistance of someone who plays lose with the law and Devon might owe Berry a particular favour. A classic “opposite sides of the law” dynamic.

I’m excited to see what you y’all have to say and even more excited to get started on this one. I love Fantasy themed shit and can't wait to dig in!
