All in Photoshop. I find it easier to do bigger changes like moving or reducing body parts on the low res version (before upscale) ^^ She still has a bit of monkeyness to her but i think it's cute.

Though the girl in green could have her lower jaw pushed some centimeters back, she kind of have of a "monkey" face lol She would be very pretty with a better jaw (I have verified it with some photoshop tweaks x) )
