2024-02-02 12:41:20 +0000 UTCYou can try legumineuses plants, full of calories. And prefer to eat fat fish and neat rather than white fish/white meat. Risotto with peas and lard or chorizo can be a good example. Salmon with pastas and cream. These kind of fattening foods π
