Small Ailments Overhaul - Lower Spread from Touch Chance
Patch 1.116.240 Update to adjust Chances based on the new EA Chances. Seperated Cooldown Option into an extra Package in case the new Mod Chances are too low for some Users.
All other Mods are still compatible!
