Some general Info on Curseforge & my Mods
Added 2022-10-28 16:13:01 +0000 UTCSo far i added all Gameplay Mods except Random Small Mods Collection & Random Bug Fixes. I am not sure yet, if i should/will add those until the 14th November since there is an important feature still missing/in development: Auto Update of Multi Files.
So far Curseforge supported Games, which usually only have one File per Mod/Project. But we all know that Sims 4 Mods can be much more “complicated”. Some of my Mods have Versions to choose from, some have additional Addons, and some have multiple parts where you can choose what to install and what not. Curseforge only supports the auto update of the “Main File” for each Mod/Project, and all other Files need to be manually installed, until they implement support for Multi Files to work with the auto update Feature.
So when the official Sims 4 Launch for Curseforge happens on 14th November, keep in mind that the auto update Feature will work well for Mods/CC that only have one File, but for those that have more Files you still need to make sure to check those, when an Update is available. I will keep you updated, when i have more/new Infos regarding Curseforge & the development of an Auto Update Multi Files Feature!

CurseForge is the new official Mod Hub for The Sims 4. They're working with the sims community to help with finding, updating, and sharing mods all in one place. Hopefully! There are still some issues due to the fact Sims 4 is a little different when it comes to the mods because There are soooo many possibilities, addons, work arounds. I am hoping personally that more modders share to the Hub like LMS here! It will make it so much easier to find updates on mods in the community if (mostly) everyone knows where to go!
