here is my next Early Access Post for a new Mod, which will be in Early Access for two weeks.

More Storable Kitchen Appliances

This Mod allows more small Kitchen Appliances to be storable in the Sim Inventory and more.

How the Mod works

Storable in the Sim Inventory

The following small Kitchen Appliances are live draggable and storable in the Sim Inventory:

• Coffee Machines

• Espresso Grinder

• Espresso Machine (single)

• Tea Maker

Storable in Storage Chests/Dorm Chests

The following small Kitchen Appliances are storable in Storage Chests/Dorm Chests as well:

• Coffee Machines

• Espresso Machine (single)

• Espresso Grinder

• Drink Trays

• Electric Kettle

• Hot Pot

• Ice Cream Machine

• Kava Bowl

• Microwaves

• Pizza Oven

• Popcorn Popper

• Pressure Cooker

• Stand Mixer

• Tea Maker

• Tea Sets

• Waffle Maker

• Candy Maker

Kitchen Cabinets have an Inventory

All EA Kitchen Cabinets have an Inventory (based on the Storage Dorm Chests) added, where you can store small Kitchen Appliances. I chose the Dorm Chest Storage because it does not share the Inventory. This way you can store Appliances in different Cabinets.

Important to Know

This Mod overrides all Cabinet Object Definition Files to add an Inventory to them, and overrides some small Kitchen Appliances Object Definition Files to make them live draggable. This will not work for custom CC Cabinets, or CC Kitchen Appliances.

Even though I override the Object Definition Files the Game should not mark the Objects as CC.

Maids/Butler and other Cleaning Services should ignore Dirty Appliances, which are in Cabinets. I still recommend putting clean Appliances into them only.

Before removing the Mod, remove all Appliances from the Cabinets & Sims Inventories!

Mod Recommendation

I recommend my More Visible Wall Objects Mod, where Cabinets are still visible even when the Walls are down.
