Script Update to get rid of original Game Ressources. Some Pack specific packages are not needed anymore, so delete all old Files, don’t replace them only! (Thx to frankk who helped me with a script!)

- Purchased Items Via Mail Delivered: Fixed an Issue with Rodent Fever Medicine not ending up in the Mailbox
- SackLunch in Inventory: gets put into Sims Inventories again instead of Fridge since i found a way to get it to work without Errors
