Are you sure you deleted both Script & Package? And delete your localthumbcache.package after deleting Mods.

2018-08-22 18:07:30 +0000 UTCHi Sam! I love all your mods but I’m having a problem with one I don’t want in game. It’s in your small mods pack the take off shoes in the house. Wel I took it out my game and my sims still run around with no shoes on everywhere I’m not sure what to do.
