Sneak Peek Mod Progress
Added 2018-04-19 21:00:49 +0000 UTCIt is already late and i am going to Bed soon but i wanted to update you on the Roommate Mod.
It gets closer and closer to a Pre Release Version.
Some new Progress Infos:
- I could figure something out what was really bothering me with this Mod. In the first Version i could only pick one Roommate at a time which meaned if i wanted three Roommates i had to do the "Search for Roommate" Interaction three times. But i found a solution for that which works pretty great and let's you pick & spawn several Roommates with one Call.
- This Solution also helped me with the Travel Situations. Traveling to community Lots or whatever with your Roommates is not only possible but if you come back with them they will be automatically your Roommates again.
- I also added a Chance based on Moods that your Roommates will go out on their own. (Maybe i will add another Chance that they will call friends over.)
- One thing is still something i am not 100% happy about. The Work/School Situations. The Problem here is that the NPCs will indeed despawn to go to Work/School. That means they will not come back on their own. So far it means you have to "Call them Home" via the Phone Menu. The only solution for that would be adding "fake" Work/School absence but i don't actually wanna do that because i do want them to have real careers. I still have to think about this some more.
