Lady Tiamat

Tiamat is a dragon, and is the OC of a close friend of the studio, she'll be involved with Night Three's events in an as-of-yet un-explainted way. Today also happens to be her birthday! This design is a WIP, if anyone remembers the first time we showed Tiamat, it's quite different!
