Combo Build 1 now available to Pumpkin+

Every week, we post something for you to look at, even though it's been a while and progress seems horribly slow, we are in fact always working. It's hard to get the time with everyone's perpetually stacked schedules, but the dark work continues. Long ago, we promised that we would have a version of Love Sucks where you could play as Sarah, Theo's friend - she even wears a shirt that says Playable Character, and we, in our hubris, thought this would be an easy thing to do. Unfortunately, even though the Art Witch Aila herself is talented, she can't just snap her fingers and make two of every art that involves the MC without a lot of extra effort, and rewriting some parts of the game's story that simply doesn't work with a female protagonist isn't easy either. We decided that it was more important for us to get Night Two out than to release it with the fabled 'girl mode'. But we promised, so we'll deliver, even if it takes a while.
Why so much yapping? Because I'm announcing that our first build of Combo Mode for Night One is now available to Pumpkin patrons or above. I don't say this to tease you, but to say why there's not something new and shiny for you to look at this week. If in future you notice a post missing one week, we likely released a build instead!
But don't worry, we're still going to be doing the same kind of posts as usual, we're not leaving the lot of you high and dry, not at all! A little while after it's been available to pumpkins+, we'll release the combo build for the rest of you too, consider it a thank you for sticking with us for so long, while also honoring the fact that one of the subscriber benefits for Pumpkin+ is to get access to dev builds, we can't rip them off by giving everyone access to something they pay for exclusive access to, after all!
