Vote for V1.13 Tiers 2 Release

As you know, there are some issues with the English translation, causing many dialogues to appear in the wrong places. I'm currently working on fixing the problem with some help.
I was planning to wait until the translation issue is resolved before uploading the version for Tier 2, but I don't know how long it will take. So, I wanted to ask you:
Would you prefer the 1.13 version in French (with about 90% still in English, as only the recent content has been translated to French), or would you rather wait until the issue is fixed for a proper English version?
