2026-01-02 21:41:46 +0000 UTCYes, we see that Dexter indeed lured Lila in. Although he had seen the GPS tracker, he needed confirmation that she had actually murdered Doakes before he could proceed. Although he knew she had killed her ex-boyfriend, also in a fire, even now he can't be sure that she was lying when Lila said she didn't know the guy was in the house when she burned it down. So he had to know if she deliberately murdered Doakes or not.
