Tech Demo Bronze Tier - Story Mode Devlog

The biggest bug in the tech demo, where clothing would improperly occlude objects underneath—has been fixed! The demo has now been moved to the Bronze Tier.

As for Story Mode, it's turning out to require more mechanics than initially expected, but progress is being made. The minimum story content will go beyond what the 2D demo offered, featuring new controls and some added narrative elements to help set the stage.
You'll be able to explore the world with semi-cutscenes that allow for camera control, and both animations and dynamic camera angles are an ongoing work-in-progress, steadily improving over time.
Long-term, the goal is a fully open world and, in the very long term, perhaps even voice acting to really bring everything to life.
Right now, the project is still closer in scope to the earlier 2D demo, but with 3D in place, the possibilities are wide open. I'm aiming for higher quality with the first full release, which I’m still hoping to launch sometime this month.
The first release will be Windows-only, with Android and Mac versions arriving later in a downscaled old 2D format. Eventually, those platforms will also receive a full 3D version in a future update but it’s still going to need more optimizations on all assets.
