Sneak Peek: FratU x AoT

The public demo of FratUniversity is out since last week, and the response has been overwhelmingly positive, especially around the new mechanics. Thanks so much for all the feedback and support!

Here’s a quick preview of what’s coming next: FratUniversity seems to be getting more love than Arena of Thebes, so I’ve started importing FratU characters into the AoT 3D tech demo.

It’s working well so far, though there are still some improvements to be made, especially around clothing clipping and intersection.

I’m planning to release an updated version of the tech demo by the end of the week, featuring new assets along with bug fixes and general polish. It will also move to the silver tier at the same time.

Looking ahead, I’m leaning toward focusing first on a story mode 3D version of FratUniversity moving forward. It feels like a better fit for the mechanics and takes less rewriting than trying to adapt AoT around them. Since both stories exist in the same universe, there will definitely be more crossover, and more AoT content in the future.
