Goombella x Vivian #4-X妖婦と三目並べをする -X’s and O’s from the Shelled Siren

This time with a new character on the cover? Who is she? Judging by the shades and the spiked shell, could she be a bad guy?
After a few weeks of nonstop work, I'm able to complete all 25 pages of the manga itself, and all of that while creating a few illustrations for a one off joke within the manga itself. That's dedication, though the April issue I released is probably more of a display of dedication, because I was doing that while juggling several college projects.
Along with the pages, both pdf and PNG format, you also get an extra illustration used for the website Vivian was on in Pages 6-8. There are of three women. and from top to bottom are.
Jolene- It's obviously Jolene, but she's choosing a pseudonym and her eyes are censored in the manga itself. Vivian comments on her looking familiar, which is a one-off joke that currently doesn't go anywhere. Just a blink and you miss type of joke of Jolene having to sell herself, probably because of the Glitz Pit going into some tough times, maaaybe because of Chapter 3's nonsense with Grubba or whatever...
Toadia- She is an actual toad in the game. She is located in Poshley heights, and the Luigi glasses she's wearing is referencing Trouble #27, "I wanna meet Luigi" (the trouble in which Mario has to talk to her while the L Emblem is equipped) . Toadia is a huge fan of Luigi and is the secretary of the Luigi Fan club.
And below is Nadeshikoopa, she is mentioned in the comic, but she is never actually seen, for what reason? Maybe it has something to do with the Dark Koopa on the cover?
