Naruto always ends sentences with "dattebayo", which gets translated to "ya know" in this scene and the part of the line in B's book that is crossed out says "dattebayo-!" making it even more of a fated meeting that B would just so happen to be working on that lyric near Naruto's arrival.

I think it’s weird IRL too, though, when people think it’s okay to mouth off about someone to their friends/family. Like “WE can do that all we want, because we truly know them.
