We have now released the double jump patch to steam. After some initial testing it seems that this works and feels better and the feedback was positive so we have now decided to push this patch outside of beta test branch build.
Please, update the game and jump into Glyde and let us know what you think! The movement might feel awkward as you are getting used to the new mechanics, however traversal in Glyde should now be much smoother and it should be easier to reach certain platforms!
Old jump mechanics were:
Jump once>Glide>Hover
New mechanics are:
Jump>Double Jump>Glide>Hover
It might seem like a simple small change but it is one of the core mechanics and there might be some new bugs that might be present. We will be fixing those with future patches.
Please let us know what you think so far and if it feels better than what it used to be!
There are few new things you can now also do such as "Ice Challenge puzzle" and more.
