Growing large.

Near the end of combat the Crimson queen, annoyed at the interference from the bombing, uses her Fairy magic to grow in size and attack the gnome's war machines destroying the castle.
I wanted this final combat to have something extra to it, make it stand out a little and I think this was a good way to go in achieving that. I said months ago that I was thinking about putting a giant of some sort in the game, so I'm glad I was able to follow through with that to some extent.
The gnome machines I made have a bunch of moving parts to them, those cogs spin around as do the chopper blades. The tube hanging down is a cannon which they aim and fire at the Crimson queen, who attacks back in turn. All while Sooney, dangles, wedge in there trying to escape.
The next post will be the downloadable update. After that there will be one more update with a final cutscene and I'll spend some time going through the game cleaning up some bugs and polishing and all that :)
