Added 2024-12-31 17:11:49 +0000 UTCHappy almost-new year!! I've been hard at work this month on this comic, which was super fun to do. It's always a fun change to work on something other than color illustrations and tell a little story - I've always loved doing comics but never felt super confident in my stories, but I think something like this is straightforward enough, lol. It was also a challenge to do 8 pages but I liked able to spend my time with the fun parts π I hope you enjoy!
Reminder that the source file tier exists, for those of you who might not be on it and would want to check out these files! I mention it for this specifically just because there's a lot of stuff in there.
Every year I want to thank everyone for sticking around - as I've stopped posting publicly as much, I really do appreciate all of you who are still here and supporting my work. I do want to share though that I think I'd like to wind down this Patreon in the next few months, and I'm figuring out what exactly that looks like. I had actually hoped to just switch to a pay-per-post model so I could still share art, just less frequently... but Patreon doesn't allow that anymore (thanks Apple). I'll be exploring options on how to keep things up and available for everyone so it doesn't all just disappear (and still maybe find a way to post occasionally!).
Thank you all so, so much for supporting me for the time I've had this Patreon! I've said this before, but it's been such a wonderful outlet and everyone here has been so amazing, I can't thank you all enough.
I'll post in January (a poll month!) as usual, and I'll keep you all updated on what next steps look like here.

I appreciate all the hard work you've put into this Patreon. I'm glad to continue to support it. If you elect to shut the Patreon down, the most important thing to me is that you get to work on projects on which you are the primary creative force, external to any corporate or contract work, and I would love the opportunity to support that in some way, instead.

Little comics like this is cute, maybe if you are worried about the need for content just post a few small WIPs now and then to show activity if patreon bugs you about it. End of the day itβs about artist health and take breaks or changes if you need it.
