Just an idea for wrangling streamers, but what if you hosted a bit of a dinner beforehand and gave everyone a briefing and then maybe put less into the after party if budget is an issue but I think that it would give everyone an opportunity to get to know each other as well and make the chemistry in the room a little better plus just more content and then just shuttle everyone over to the venue together

I empathize so much with QT. When I got married this past May, I heard all of the advice from prior brides and our coordinator. Once you’re finally in the midst of an event you’ve been planning for, it is so damn hard to implement everything to make not only yourself, but the person throwing it happy. I think marbles is a great way to do it. If it was people competing for it then that would be dystopian but not this. Also Amazon gift cards are great and will go a long way but I also think doing paypal would be a better idea so people who need to can pay their bills with it. Charlie (Moist) has been giving away money every month for a while and he always does paypal with great success. He also shuffles a random winner, asks them how much they need and what they need it for, and then gives them that amount as long as it's reasonable. Not that that's necessary for this

As far as the Rae’s giveaway: to enter the marbles game you should open applications. And you could read logs that way. I would also say if you’ve got friends who are also big streamers, if you can swing it, get them to check their chat logs on there. Cause I do think it’s not to the best to “reward” people who are shitty in chat or shitty in the rest of their life. But do it offline. But that’s an idea.
