Tina the Henchman is a Jessica Rabbit inspired villain from a cancelled 1998 film "The Duck". An animated character existing in a live action world, she was apparently to be an underling of the main antagonist, as seen in this test footage.
But what if Tina still existed in the multiverse of animated characters, and 'escaped the vault' so to speak? What if she felt she could've been a bigger deal than Jessica if the film had actually been produced?
To prove she's indeed the boss, she also has herself re-drawn into a superwoman much like her rival. Jessica may have met her match and then some as the pair duel to decide the fate of Toontown...
